We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock issues). If this occurs, you will be notified and refunded promptly.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
5. Shipping
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, location, or peak periods.
Knodi is not liable for delays once your order has been lodged with the postal or courier service.
6. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for faulty or damaged items in line with Australian Consumer Law.
If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@knodi.com.auwith photos and a description of the issue.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted due to the personal-use nature of our products.
7. Care & Use
Our sauna felt hats are designed for general sauna use. Improper care or misuse may reduce product lifespan.
Knodi is not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect use, washing, storage, or exposure to extreme conditions outside typical sauna environments.
